chambray: marshall’s, old/ pants: f21/ sandals: f21/ jacket: express, old
I had some serious morning face going on while taking my outfit pictures today. My morning face includes swollen eyes, puffy cheeks and a red nose. It was made worse ten fold by the fact that I did not have coffee pre photo shoot and I ate my weight in sweet potato fries for dinner last night (OK. You caught me. And drank more than 1 glass of Malbec). I figure I should show you all versions of myself and that inclues Morning Face Hannah.
Since I am keeping it so honest today, I also have to admit that I ripped this outfit off of Beth Jones from B.Jones Style. And she definitey had it right: Harem pants are the solution! The solution to sweet potato fries induced swelling, wanting to feel like I am still in my pajamas and desiring to look somewhat pulled together on a dreadful Monday morning.

Oh man – Mondays! I’m feeling a little puffy, too. But I’d eat all the sweet potato fries in front of me, every time. Also, is it too late for me to get a chambray shirt? I’m like the only blogger without one.
You wear it all well – the puffiness, the chambray and the patterned pant!

Thanks Annie. I feel fun when I wear them- even if nothing that I am doing today is even close to fun.

Thank you girl!!
i think you look great, monday face or not! also, i’m so terrified of actually wearing printed pants, but whenever i see someone else in them, it makes me want a pair so bad! i still don’t know what to do.
Thanks Danielle. Well. You wear printed skirts quite often and always look fabulous in those so I feel like printed pants will be just as great on you!
I’m really on the hunt for a great chambray for summer….thanks for your inspiration!
No problem!
I love this! The pants and shirt are a great combo! And I can’t tell that you have morning face, lol. I can totally relate though!
Thanks Beth!
please, you look great! my morning face pictures will always consist of me looking to the right. no one wants to see me in that state! i love your pants!
Why haven’t I thought of looking away from the camera?! Totally going to try this out! Thanks ladies!
I really love those printed pants! Sweet potato fries are delicious so I can’t blame you for eating them in large quantities
I think you look really great in the morning! My photos are always taken in the afternoon/early evening though for that very reason!

Thanks Sharon. I think I need to get on board of the “take your pictures in the afternoon train.” It would make my mornings so much easier!
HAHA!! I get morning face too!! And I love it when I don’t notice it until i’m editing a YouTube video and I’m like “WHOA!”

These pants are just so fabulous on you! I really loved it when you styled them with the white tank, but I think I love the denim shirt even more! What a fabulous look!

Ha morning face, we all have it! It’s the reason why I try to take pictures after work, however by then my hair is a mess and there’s usually a stain on my shirt #styleblogger problems.
I saw Beth’s harem pants the other day, and if I’m being honest I love your look more than I did hers. Your pants are amazing (as is your jacket), I may have to take a lunch outing to F21 this week.
Ha. I want to take them after work. That would be better for so many reasons but it never happens! And thank you so much for that compliment! Definitely get yourself to F21 for these pants- they are a current closet favorite for me.
I seriously applaud your ability to style those pants. i wouldn’t know where to begin. Morning face? I think you look great!
Thanks so much Tashia! I think I just love them so much I force myself to find ways to wear them.
I am so into these pants, Hannah! Like, so much so that I want to buy a pair right now..

Oooh, I’ve seen people rock the harem pants trend but I’m always afraid to try it myself. But I could definitely be sold on these amazing printed ones! Love how you styled it

Thanks Linda! Try them out- you might be pleasantly surprised.
Ooooo love those pants – the pattern is so eccentric! And seriously, pairing it with chambray is perfection, is there anything chambray can’t do?!
thanks for the luck with my presentation tomorrow, I’m keeping my fingers crossed
Positive thoughts your way for your presentation!
Oh my, I love those pants. Very very awesome. Love how you styled them with the chambray.
Thanks you Kelly!
First off I don’t think you look puffy, but if you are feeling puffy I think the wine and sweet potato fries were totally worth it!! You make harem pants look good girl!
Thanks Katie. You are right. The wine and fries were worth it. I’d do it again!
I personally love this look and don’t think your face looks puffy. Hope you had a great Monday!
Thank you Alicia.
Loving your pants with the chambray! Your face is definitely not puffy.
